To ensure independence, the Internal Audit Manager reports directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
.5-7 years of public accounting experience. CPA or other management accounting designation required.
.Accounting technical expertise with strong background in SEC compliance, auditing and financial statement presentation.
.Excellent working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxely; strong verbal & written communication skills.
.Strong sense of accountability to achieve business results and established objectives.
.Proficiency in MS Office applications, Lotus Notes, and 3rd party banking and tax software packages.
